((I understand this guild may not be very popular for obvious reasons. But it's something different and I want to see how it works out!))
How the guild will operate and what a typical bard would do:
The guild will be run by Mr Balazeum (Me, skelliking) and will have an assistant (If you want to be assistant pm me with an ic letter ;D ) who will take charge when Mr Balazeum is away or ill.
The college will consist of:
+ Classes
+ Group collaborative performances
+ Paid performances outside of the college
Any Bard can take any class when they wish. Classes will not have a set schedule and will take place whenever sufficient people are around. The classes available are:
+ Music
+ Writing (Poems, Lyrics)
+ Practical performance (Students use and improve their skills)
Collaborative performances will take place in the same way as classes but are not as frequent. Involves Bards coming together and performing together. Poets will read over the top of quiet, peaceful lutes as dancers decorate the area around them with their movement.
Paid performances are normally a duo or a solo bard who performs for people in order to obtain money. Some may wish to do it for free so they may get criticism and improve their skills further. The college does not mind as long as when they do do paid performances the college gets some of the profit so they can continue operating.
((The college will be built if this gets accepted and will be a relatively small guild as it will consist of roughly 5 rooms and be quite small. I only expect this to get 3 or 4 members so yeah.))

Guild Name: The Bards College
Guild Purpose: To entertain as well as educate the people of Skyrim in the art of performance
Guild Type:Bards - Musicians, Poets, Dancers, Writers, Actors, Singers etc
How does your Guild plan to make profit: The guild will make profit from festivals, large musical performances and even some solo ones. The Bards College will provide talented performers to the businesses, streets and people of Skyrim and they will provide the money to support it. Performers will operate at all kind of venues such as Inns and festivals.
Guild Lore: The guild was founded after the 'Festival of Dreams' which takes place every MorningStar. A large amount of bards were playing in the area during the time of the festival and hoped to earn a lot of money. Unfortunately for them, the main villages that partook in the festival had been riddled by famine so villagers could not spare any money. The Bards were angry at first but learnt that it was fair for the villagers to not give them any money.
On the last evening of the festival, several carriages rode past the villages, they were led by well groomed horses and had a well suited carriage driver. Bards all over the area started to follow the carriages until they got to the last and biggest village.
A small group of Bards let the carriages past but stopped their fellow performers. They were outraged but the small group just pointed behind them to the villagers and they realised how poor they were living. Most of the Bards started to perform for free and it wasn't long before almost all of them were performing. The whole area was so rich in sound and vision. People from neighbouring towns could see and hear the Bards from their richer and more luxurious homes.
On the last night of the festival the bards came together to do one large performance in the main biggest village. People from far away cities turned up to see it. Wealthy nobles donated large amounts of money and gifts to the villagers (For hosting such an amazing performance) and to the Bards.
A few of the bards realized that they have the talent to help change Skyrim for the better, help inspire it and help save it and formed the Bards College.
Guild Rules
+ You must contribute to the College in some way. For example: Cooking food for everyone, Cleaning, Repairing, Paying additional taxes.
+ A portion of all paid performances must go to the College. The exact portion is determined by the situation
+ You must inform the College of all paid performances you have done.
