What Do They Do: The Soldiers of The Black Blade are a mercenary group, similar too the Companions, who do contracts for money and their own personal interests.
Uniform: Anything that fits their job, for example, no flowing gowns for an archer and no crowns for a swordsman.
Expected Profit: It depends on how much they get per contract. The soldier will keep 80% of the funds they were payed for the contract, the guild will take the remaining 20%. The guild's money will be handled by the leader and the troops will vote on how the money is used.
