I think adding a medieval weapon plugin(Like Balkons) or something along that line would add a better perspective of rp style because using a shovel as a mace isn't fun and using a stick as a wand sucks. If you read this post a link to a medieval/fantasy plugin!!

There was already a discussion on this. - The answer is probably no, It would require for everyone to install the mod and it would lag the server.

Unless they got it from Bukkit and it would only need textures in the Skyrim Texture pack
