I am not sure if this really goes here if it does not i hope someone can move it where it belongs but, i keep trying to us the texturepack for this server (the one on the forums) and it does not show up on my list. I am using winrar if that is important and i did patch with the mc patcher. I tired asking in game but i think i was just annoying people.

Did you put it in texturepack folder?

Yes i made sure it was in the right folder but it still does not work i am not sure what i did wrong, i downloaded it and copy pasted it as it was into texture packs in my minecraft.

Ok after doing it five times and coming back and trying again after several hours it works now.
