Server Suggestion: Major

Couldn't find a general server suggestion page on the forum so I thought i'd just get it posted somewhere atleast.

I believe a few things are in order on the server (Including the plugin suggestions I put up. Notice how the dark brotherhood was griefed? LAND PROTECTION FTW)

First off, the money situation we are finding ourselves in:

I believe that a full wipe of the econemy is in order. A few people managed to ruin the pricing of items in the game already. If this is done. /worth will become usable again and it should stay like that. The prices shouldn't go 1000% higher then what /worth says like it is now... this is just getting stupid.

Another note:

Admins (OP Selected people) I personally believe you have FAR too many OP level permissioned people on the server, and atleast 60-70% of them should be demoted to general moderator status.

The reasons for this?

• Abuse of item spawning suspected (Also causing the market to collapse)
  
• Abuse of Money giving (Proof on two admins - Giving to themselves)
  
• Abuse of MCMMO skills (Already been reset and fixxed, but noted that tromp had a total of 40k skill level....)
  
• Flying, we dont want people flying around our heads while we're rping.... (Sunami..)
  
• The amount of players given OP is too many, there is a high risk of abuse of powers and well, we dont want that now do we... Only a select few should get it in my opinion. I'm not saying demote them down to nothing, i'm saying demote them down to general moderator status, like giving them the ability to oversee the server as a mod should do.
  

I dont suggest all this because i'm a whiny little brit, but because I see A LOT of potential in this server and its obviously popular, I really want things fixxed so that the enjoyment of playing on the server is greater then what it already is.

And, i've noticed a few people dont understand the concept of god/power emoting, I believe a small job of a moderator(s) should be to direct someone who does it to a forum page, explaining the do's and donts of RP. Warnings should be given to repeat offenders (if majorly abused and stuff)

I already had protection near dark brotherhood base. An Op griefed dark brotherhood with worldedit.

Also there is only like 5 REAL moderators, Rest is trial mod

Giving that the server isn't even released yet, you can probably forgive a disrupted economy and an unbalanced mcmmo system.
However, I do agree that we need to take a harder stance in managing Griefing.
Becoming an OP should involve:
An age limit - to ensure maturity.
A test of sorts.
Earning recommendations from other, respected players.

You must keep in mind that we are still in the building phase.
Most of the permissions are only temporary anyway

Its true alot of people who were op'd believe they are mods when they are trial mods and how they act will tell if they are going to be mods. i am currently a mod and alot of the trial mods abuse item commands and all. We should probably get a rank system that will set given permission's for op's because alot of them are using money commands mcmmo commands and its plain right out there and they get away with it(Well not all the time).

We must use rank plugin. So trial mods wont have op abilitys.

Yes because alot of the trial mods think they are an admin because they decide who gets whitelisted and who gets banned.

Flying over your head isn't a real complaint. It's moderating RP nevertheless and shouldn't be taken anything more or less than that. We will consider your other complaints.
