Not really a specific plug-in, but a plug-in that would add more kinds of mobs, like natuarly spawning dragons, or maybe trolls[  ], something to add more variety to mobs. And maybe give dragon eggs a use. |

I am pretty sure the only way to add new mobs would be if it was a spoutcraft server. However with certain plugins we can have nether mobs show up in the normal world.

we need horses!!! but the dragons won't be in this new map's lore I don't think.

NOpe it is not you are able to play on regular minecraft the server just hasn't updated yet so you can play on spoutcraft.

Plugins are different than mods they can't add anything physically to the game like one of your single player mods would. However spoutcraft servers could potentially add new animals. The most a plugin could do is but nether and such creatures in the regular minecraft world.
