Question: How to make money...

I have been playing for a while now and I havnt found a way of making money successfully because there is no iconomy I cant sell things and I cant seem to find any quests so far. Can someone please help me with a few ways of making money on the server?

use "/sell hand" to sell whats in your hand to the server...
