IC Information
Character's Name: Jeriah Arwing
Character's Age: 36
Character's Personality: Intelligent, caring, and defensive. Protective of others. Has a unique case of DID, but retains sanity. Possesses a tendency to be satirical and cynical.
Character's Story: Jeriah was an intelligant young prodegy and easily took up his family's mantle of being the best healers in Solitude. He was a full healer by the time he was 22. One day, as he and his parents were healing a group of soldiers that had been injured in an attempted raid, a fireball burst through the open window. And it landed on the boxes of cloth bandages. In no time, the house was an inferno. Jeriah managed to get out among the flames. As he stood, the house exploded, sending him to the cobble and knocking him out. When he awoke, the fire smoldered, and all that was left was ash, rubble, and bodies. Jeriah heard a Voice, a voice that told him about retribution and justice and that he was a judge of souls. Jeriah and his Voice traveled all over Skyrim, working as a healer for everything. Jeriah heard of the boats to Solstheim of Lordrin, and jumped at the oppuritunity to get out and start over. Thus, Jeriah and his voice left for a new land and a renewed dream. (Summary)
What evil does your character wish to accomplish (thievery, murder, etc. Be detailed as to why he does this)?: Poisoning and murder. He has a seperate half of his mind that he calls the Voice which embodies his negative side. It can push him to commit crimes in the name of retribution and justice, so he normally murders other criminals and wrong-doers. He is good at thievery, since his use of Mysticism magicka allows him to use Telekinesis to steal items. He is also good at starting fights as cover-up, because of his prowess in Illusion magicka. He never attempts full -scale raids because of his lack of battle expertise and experience.
What moral boundaries does your character have towards his acts (no killing children, etc.)? Only kill the morally unrighteous. No killing of innocent or wrongly accused people intentionally.
Open Questions - Answer the questions in anyway you like with as much detail as needed. This is intended to be open concept so we can know how your player will role-play in certain situations
Three men walk into Whiterun. One man has a small dagger but it is sheathed, the second an axe roped to his back and the third a scroll. What do you do?:
I calmly wait until they go into a bar, then I tell a nearby man that they killed his wife. The man seethes and storms over to them. As they try to calm him down, I continue this cycle with several people, with reasons such as missing pets or stolen items. I watch to see if they could handle it quietly. Of course, they couldn't. I sit back and relax as a giant bar fight breaks out. While everyone is distracted, I sneak behind the barkeeper as he is starting to move towards the door to get the guards and smash an empty bottle over his head and drag him and myself behind the counter for the duration of the fight. After the men and most of the patrons have been strucken dead, incapacitated, or arrested, I walk over to the pile of bodies and loot everything I can carry. Then I walk to the bar, wake up the unconcious barkeeper, make up a story about him fainting, and order a beer.
You sit in a bakery as you see a table with plans on it. An architect walks up and switches the plans right in front of your eyes. What do you do?:
I'd excuse myself from the bar to follow him, and when he got to his house or an inn, I would wait until he was isolated, then walk up to him. I will tell him that he is a great architect, and ask for his latest plans. While he is getting them or thinking about it, I lean over, as if to tie my boots, then I grab the planter from the table beside me and knock him unconscious. I take the plans and some gold off his body, then I walk out of the inn inconspicuously.
You are walking on the road to Riverwood when a bandit and his rabid wolf jump onto the road and ask for everything you have. What do you do?:
I first tell him I don't want trouble and put my sword and sheathe on the ground. I then reach my hands behind my back, pretending to grab my coin purse while actually readying my magic. While the bandit is relaxing, thinking about how easy it was, I quickly spin around and cast an Illusion spell to make the wolf think his master is the enemy. The wolf turns on the bandit and jumps on him, tearing at his face and chest. While the wolf is preoccupied with mindlessly tearing his former master to shreds and bits, it doesn't see me slowly approach, picking my sword off the ground. I easily decapitate it and grab the coin purse off the bandit's mutilated corpse. I then walk away, not wanting to contract the disease myself and leave the pair to be discovered by another traveler.
