Town Purpose: A settlement for Elves (mostly dark), commonly discriminated from other towns.
Town Type:Economically
Town Buildings:Wood, Cobble, Stonebrick
Town Architecture: Castles, Towers, Farm Huts
Town Jobs/Ranks:
Jarl- Leader of town
Duke- Second in Command
Thane-Third in Command
Guard Captain- Recruits new guards
Guard- Guards their city
Merchant- Owns a shop and sells basic items
Blacksmith- Creates and sells armor/weaponry
Farmer- Farms
Laborer-Does some sort of labor for pay
Citizen- Just lives in town
Peseant- Has no job or house, lives in either camp or stays in hotel
Rules:
1. Elves only, unless for trading purposes
2. No Killing
3. No Stealing
4. No Ranting
5. No Cutting down trees without permission
6. No building without permission

Looking at what you are explaining I have an image of a rather large town and Dukes are Jarls in Lordran I also don't think that there should be a town restricted to just dark elves and other elves as there are not as many of them that this town would be substantial also the size of the town would be rather limited more like a village than a city. For now i'm going to decline this Town.
