I Need Help!
I am failing at versing Morokei with these stats and tools:
100 Conjuration
45 Destruction
40 Restoration
2 Flame Atronachs
Uthgar Follower
Major Robes Of Destruction
Savos Aren's Amulet
Major Ring Of Destruction
So how does that help? Please leave help!

Summon attanocashs from hided position just spam attonachs
Also what shouts you have?

I have following shouts:
Unrelenting Force: 3 words. Fus Ro Dah
Whirlwind: 2 words.
Slow Time: 1 word.
Ethereal: 1 word.
Flame Breath: 1 word

summon 2 attonachs when moro is attackin em use ethereal and attack him with what you have then do it again

I will say to search a storm atronach, but, like you're a mage take firebolt and spam it (With the atronach) and just be sure to have a ward activated, if not Morokei will just belw you up, and if he gets to close just FUS RO DAH !!!

Lol I beat him with only 40 destruction, level 9. It took alot of skill, he got glitched in some rock near the waterfall and couldnt attack me.

same for me he glitched, try work your way round the AI to get him into a position where he wont move or move not so much. Then use ranged attacks.

I beat him by pushing him off a cliff and laying into him with a bound blade
